Sent $1184 as down payment for moving expenses. Call to cancel move. I was within in 3 day policy they have for refund. Was told oh no we just hold on to it and apply it to your final move with us. Called about 3 to 4 weeks later to schedule move. You must have take an inventory and supply list of every item that you are moving. If an item is loaded and not on your list then there is a charge. My first quote when from $5500 to over $8,000 for my section quote. Finally i asked what would a full truck price. I did not want to worry about something not on list and have them say I owed another $500 or more. Salesmen when and checked with his manager on pricing. I agreed with the offer.

Very poor service. Take ages to pack things. Just drop things in boxes without any paper protection so that when they carry the boxes, things moved and got broken. A number of broken items during the removal. Please avoid them!!

Saturday was when the driver was supposed to show up, but he didn’t yet. Overcharging, Damaged Goods, Terrible Customer Service I called them many times, and they still need to attend or respond. Please don’t hire these scammers!

I had no idea the packers didn’t care about doing a good job. The four packers were absent when they said they would be at 11:30 a.m. They rolled in at 2:30 though the distance between the home and the flat was just 5 kilometers. Truly unprofessional!
