We specifically ask that are long distance moving go straight to its destination, and we were told it would, and it wasn’t. Price changes once movers got to our home, 4000 more. Bernard lied through the whole process. They are not movers they are recruiting movers. They put you on a bidding board. The movers haven’t a clue of your request from them, they took our merchandise to a warehouse for 5 days then got another moving company to bring it to us. Our merchandise came damaged and stolen. Even their insurance is a joke 3rd party. This was our first big move, and trust me, our last. They avoided all communication with us after they got their deposit. Their supposed to be problem support supervisor is a rude, inconsiderate, non-professional receptionist. That tells you she is in a different location and can’t locate the person who set up your move, lied for 6 days. They are in the same location. Trust us consumers find yourself a company that has their own movers, not contracted movers. Pay the extra money for a piece of mind, and you will still be able to enjoy what you work hard for.
