OM Van Lines

I use this company because they swore they were one of the best. My original estimate started off of $1500, went to 2187, and then I ended up over $3000. They did not take the items they were supposed to. They said that it was more than I told them. Apparently they didn’t count the bed rails for a queen size bed with headboard, and footboard that I told them about, a mattress topper that could’ve easily been wrapped with the mattress itself, two shelves that could’ve easily been placed back into the armoire, because of this they were not able to take the outdoor table and grill that was originally placed in my estimate. Do not trust this company. The items I got that were placed in storage for about two weeks came back filthy. These were brand new, heavy duty storage tubs that looked like they were left out in the field. My bed topper that they wrap separately was filled with ants. Save yourself the money.

Everyone, start to finish was great to work with! I started working with Santos through a phone call about our down-sizing move to So. California. Santos was most helpful providing me with a quote, (that was accurate when move was completed) and continued to work with me up through the day of our move. Wilson and Manny in the main office were super kind and professional!! Our movers were amazing!! They packed some fragile items and kept the move going swiftly and safely! I can’t compliment all of these movers enough! Thank you OM Van Lines for a great experience during such a hectic time! I will highly recommend this company!!

Santos is clearly passionate at delivering an excellent moving experience and takes pride at knowing he is serving his customers the best way he knows how. I didn’t even end up using OM Van Lines as I decided it made more sense for our family to do it all myself. But having Santos assess our moving needs in order to put together an accurate quote was a surprisingly helpful and insightful experience. I’ve been through multiple military moves and helped a ton of people move through my church and I’ve seen how unprofessional movers can be and I know what good packing looks like. Santos spoke honestly about his concern about make sure things were packed properly to avoid damage and how I could pack certain large items to reduce costs. If I had ended up going with a moving company, I certainly would’ve gone with OM Van Lines.

Wilson and his team did an amazing job for me today! They were so efficient, caring, and hardworking. I will definitely recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you for everything.

Excellent experience with OM Van Lines . This is the third time I’ve used professional movers and beyond the most pleasant one. They were prompt, speedy, and super courteous. I will highly recommend OM Van Lines to everyone I know!
