When one of our large mirrors cracked mid-packing, NXT Level Moving didn’t panic — they immediately secured it and found a creative fix so we could transport it safely. 💡 Their attention to detail and quick decision-making were INCREDIBLE. They communicated every step, adjusted plans, and still got everything done on time. I’m seriously grateful for their professionalism and brainpower!
Moving day threw us curveballs — a delayed key handover and limited parking. Somehow the crew adapted with zero complaints! 🚗 They shifted the plan, rearranged boxes, and still managed to stay upbeat. The way they coordinated under pressure was amazing. I cannot think NXT LEVEL MOVING enough for literally rescuing me and my personal belongings. I originally contracted charter van lines(do not use this company ever) to move my belongings from Hillsdale, Michigan to Boise, Idaho. The problems that ensued from the day they sent a borderline criminal company called true load transportation, LLC to pick up my stuff we’re literally beyond belief. Not only did they not move my stuff to Boise, they took it to Atlanta Georgia where they held it hostage for 44 days and extorted me for over $2000 to release the stuff to NXT level move. Oliver McGowan was amazing. Even though he did not have to, he worked as the go-between with true load transportation, and went the extra mile to make sure my stuff was picked up by his crew. They used All state movers and they were also amazing. Both Oliver and an angel named Teresa, Martinez at Allstate Movers did everything. They said they were going to do and delivered my stuff in less than seven days from Atlanta, Georgia to Boise, Idaho. They explained the charges in full, and there were no additional charges. They rescued close to $100,000 in intellectual property and $11,000 in furniture from the criminal elements that we’re holding it hostage in Atlanta Georgia. I would highly recommend. The parking near my building was awful, and I thought it would delay everything. The movers quickly analyzed the area and created a safe loading zone using cones and timing. Their quick thinking saved us hours of stress. It wasn’t an easy setup, but they handled it like pros. I’m beyond impressed with their efficiency and composure under pressure.
