The moving crew was equally as as professional and courteous. The crew was very cautious and took care in the products they were moving. The moving guys made very sure to keep things wrapped make sure they were secure in the truck. They even helped us put boxes back in storage when they were done getting the furniture out. When they arrived at the location, they very quickly came upstairs and asked us where we wanted everything. Once they determined where we wanted everything within 15 to 20 minutes, I had everything upstairs in the apartment in the room where it was going to go. We did have the option to have them set the furniture up we declined that option so we could decide where we wanted to place the furniture before it was put together. Everything was securely wrapped with shrink wrap to make make sure that no drawers came out. Nothing fell out. Nothing got scratched while everything was in the truck. It was wrapped very tightly with blankets mirrors anything breakable with secured against the wall of the truck with tie straps. I would recommend this to anyone that needs to give them a very reasonable prices and the staff and the movers are all very courteous and very helpful.

crew provided excellent service during my move. I was truly impressed with their professionalism and respectfulness throughout the entire process. Both were very customer-oriented and handled my belongings with great care. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and still took the extra time to wrap all of my furniture. They even offered to place my mattress in a protective bag, which I really appreciated. If I ever move again, I’d hope to have Dewain and Mario on the job. Outstanding service from both of them. I had the pleasure of using American Dream Relocation today after being stood up by another moving company. My move was so last minute, I wasn’t even sure they’d be able to assist me! Fortunately, the general manager, Alex, was so empathetic to my situation when I called, he was able to fit me in the very next day! Although, relieved that I’d be moved on schedule, I was so anxious since it was last minute and I’d never used Veterans Best Movers. However, as I sit in my new home, I am so grateful. After a positive experience hiring American Dream Relocation, my partner recommended that we use the same movers for my family’s move. After submitting an inquiry online, I received a call from Yuriy who helped us assess what our wuote would be – which ended up being very accurate and we were happy with the price point! He was also helpful answering any questions we had. On the day of the move, Jose and David quickly assisted us with our move! From carefully securing our belongings/ furniture, loading our packed boxes, helping us with the layout of our rooms, they were very kind, friendly, and informative!
